IR Calibration Instruments

Blackbody Products

Blackbodies are used to measure and calibrate sensors and infrared cameras.

Blackbody radiance source standards come in four general categories. Differential blackbodies are used to measure thermal camera minimum resolvable temperature difference. Flat Plate is used as a thermal reference and non-uniformity correction. Cavity offers high temperature/high-radiance NIST-traceable standards. Collimators are used to adapt the blackbody for use with lensed systems.
