RCN Series Blackbody
All Products › RCN Series Blackbody
The RCN series high temperature cavity blackbodies are reference sources designed for precise infrared calibration. With a temperature range up to 1350°C, they provide exceptional uniformity and high emissivity, making them ideal for calibrating sensors like thermal imagers, pyrometers, SWIR to LWIR cameras, and more. They are also perfect for emissivity measurements, spectral transmission measurements, and more.
HIGH TEMPERATURE CAVITY BLACKBODIES
RCN High-Temperature Cavity Blackbodies with CoolSpeed Technology
The RCN series high-temperature cavity blackbodies provide a versatile reference source up to 1350 °C, with aperture diameters up to 50 mm and an optional aperture/filter wheel. Designed for operator safety and optimized cavity performance, they deliver exceptional spatial and angular uniformity and high emissivity across a broad spectral range from visible to far IR. Equipped with exclusive CoolSpeed Technology, RCN blackbodies cut cooling times in half while maintaining high stability, fast warm-up, and precise calibration, making them ideal for IR sensor, thermal imager, pyrometer, and camera calibration in both research and industrial production environments.
