SWIR-60 Hyperspectral Imager
All Products › SWIR-60
SWIR-60 is a shortwave infrared (SWIR) hyperspectral imager operating in the 1–1.7 µm band that captures full spectral data cubes at video rates for real-time material identification in dynamic environments.
Built on BD&E’s patented HyperPixel Array™ snapshot technology, SWIR-60 produces 41 × 33 spatial by 60 spectral bin data cubes at 31.6 cubes per second with no moving parts, eliminating scan time and motion artifacts for reliable performance in standoff detection, environmental monitoring, geologic mapping, and other field-deployed applications.
Specifications:
Snap-Shot Hyperspectral Imaging: Captures full hyperspectral data cubes in a single frame at video rates, enabling real-time analysis of dynamic and transient events without scanning delays or motion artifacts.
Patented No-Moving-Parts Architecture: Utilizes BD&E’s proprietary imaging approach to generate spatial-spectral data cubes instantly, improving reliability and eliminating mechanical scanning limitations.
Wide Range of Applications: Designed for standoff detection, material identification, biological and medical research, environmental monitoring, geologic mapping, chemical defense, and automated target recognition.
High-Performance Hyperspectral Output: Produces high-resolution data cubes with rapid acquisition rates suitable for fast-changing scenes, supporting advanced spectral analysis across midwave infrared imaging applications.
