ULTRIS 5 Hyperspectral Video Camera

The ULTRIS 5 expands the family of award-winning light field snapshot hyperspectral cameras, integrating a 5-megapixel sensor into a compact 30 × 30 × 50 mm design. It captures complete hyperspectral data cubes at 250 × 250 spatial resolution with 51 spectral bands at 15 Hz across the 450–850 nm wavelength range.

This ultra-compact hyperspectral imaging system is ideal for integration into tight industrial process environments. High-resolution snapshot data cubes enable precise capture of rapidly changing spatial and temporal events, supporting advanced decision-making algorithms for automated inspection, real-time process control, and robotic guidance.

The ULTRIS 5 is available in configurations for endoscopic and microscopic imaging applications, with custom wavelength ranges offered to meet specialized hyperspectral sensing requirements.

Biomedical & Life Science Imaging

The ULTRIS 5 HFR is the high-frame-rate 10 GigE version of the standard ULTRIS 5, designed for demanding industrial and biomedical applications requiring rapid hyperspectral data capture. Maintaining a resolution of 290 × 275 pixels with 51 spectral bands across 450–850 nm, it leverages the full performance of the integrated Sony IMX250 sensor. With up to 75 Hz frame rates over 10 Gigabit Ethernet while preserving 12-bit data depth, the HFR model delivers high-speed, high-precision hyperspectral imaging for time-critical inspection, sorting, and analysis workflows.

CUVIS Software

Built on proprietary light field architecture, this next-generation snapshot hyperspectral camera captures full 3D spectral data cubes instantly — without pushbroom scanning, mechanical movement, or filter shifting. High spatial and spectral resolution combined with consistent FWHM performance delivers clean, quantitative UV–VIS–NIR data ready for real-time analysis. Integrated hyperspectral software enables reflectance and radiance processing, spectral indexing, classification, and export to scientific formats such as ENVI and TIFF, making it an ideal solution for research, industrial inspection, defense, environmental monitoring, and airborne remote sensing applications.
