MWIR-20 Hyperspectral Imager

Built on BD&E’s patented HyperPixel Array™ technology, the MWIR-20 generates full 114 × 114 spatial by 20 spectral channel data cubes at rates up to 130 cubes per second, enabling instantaneous, no-moving-parts imaging without motion artifacts. Operating in the 2–5 μm midwave infrared range, it provides detailed spectral resolution for precise material identification, chemical detection, and environmental analysis. Designed for demanding applications such as standoff detection, chemical defense, automated target recognition, and scientific research, the MWIR-20 is optimized for moving platforms and transient events where traditional scanning hyperspectral systems fail.
