The BB-150 is a compact high-precision thermal reference blackbody designed for fast, stable, and repeatable infrared calibration in lab and field environments.
It uses a 6” square high-emissivity (>0.99) surface with thermo-electric heating and cooling to achieve rapid set-point control, reaching stable temperatures in under 5 minutes with ~0.08 °C/s slew rates. The system maintains ±0.01 °C stability (0.005 °C RMS) with 0.01 °C resolution and ±0.1 °C accuracy across a 0 °C to 100 °C operating range. A touchscreen interface enables simple setup-and-forget operation with automatic recovery of saved settings on startup, making it well suited for consistent calibration workflows
