Bodkin Design & Engineering showcase their state-of-the-art hyperspectral cameras at this years’ SPIE Photonics West and BiOS Expo to be held in San Francisco, January 22-27
Bodkin Design & Engineering (BD&E) will return to the Moscone Center to exhibit its full line of spectral imaging cameras that provide comprehensive datasets for a range of applications such as biomedical research, precision agriculture, pollution monitoring, geological surveying, chemical analysis, and more.
Bodkin Design will exhibit the new ULTRIS 5, the smallest hyperspectral imager on the market today. This imager uses light field technology to capture a snapshot data-cube in every frame. The ULTRIS 5 covers the spectral range from 450 – 850 nm (VNIR) with 50 spectral bands, producing an unprecedented 250 x 250 pixels of spatial resolution. It can be attached to any standard microscope or endoscope, making it suitable for bio/medical research applications. And its low weight and small size makes it ideal for mounting on a wide range of drones and UAVs.
